5. Public Certificate Verification
As part of the certification service, the holder's name, company (if applicable), certification obtained, issue/expiration dates, and certificate status are publicly available through our verification search tool, so third parties (such as employers) can validate the authenticity of a credential. This information is made public only for certificates that have actually been issued.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with providers necessary to operate the website (payment gateway, hosting, email delivery service), who are required to protect your information in accordance with this policy.
7. Retention Period
We retain data for issued certifications for their entire validity period and up to 5 years after expiration, for verification and traceability purposes. Inquiry data that does not result in a certification is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact. Purchase and billing data is retained as required by applicable tax regulations.
